TERMS OF USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Welcome to Playoff Sports Network (“PSN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, including any games, tools, content, or services made available through it (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use & Intellectual Property Rights (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Playoff Sports Network™, NBA Pathle™, and all related names, marks, logos, and branding elements are trademarks or service marks owned by or used under license by Playoff Sports Network.

You may not use, reproduce, imitate, adapt, or display any PSN trademark in any manner that may cause confusion, imply affiliation, endorsement, or association without written permission.

3. NBA PATHLE – GAME-SPECIFIC INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NBA Pathle™ is an original interactive online game created and operated by Playoff Sports Network.

The following aspects of NBA Pathle are proprietary and protected:

  • The game name (“NBA Pathle”) and related branding
  • The game’s visual design, layout, UI, and presentation
  • The game’s source code, logic, algorithms, and mechanics as implemented
  • All original written content, prompts, instructions, and descriptions
  • Any custom data structures, stat formatting, or gameplay flow unique to the game

Unauthorized copying, cloning, imitation, reverse engineering, adaptation, or distribution of NBA Pathle or any substantially similar game using our protected elements is strictly prohibited.

This prohibition applies whether the game is hosted on a website, mobile app, social platform, or any other medium.

4. PERMITTED USE

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and play NBA Pathle for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
  • Share your game results using built-in sharing features, provided branding remains intact and unmodified

This license does not allow you to:

  • Copy or reproduce the game or its components
  • Create derivative works based on the game or Site

NBA Pathle may reference publicly available sports data, statistics, historical performances, and player information for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Playoff Sports Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Basketball Association (NBA) or any of its teams or players. All team names and player names are used nominatively.

7. DMCA & COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

PSN respects intellectual property rights and expects others to do the same.

If you believe any content on this Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good-faith belief
  • A statement under penalty of perjury
  • Your physical or electronic signature

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Site and all games are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PSN makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playoff Sports Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or games.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State in which Playoff Sports Network is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
